This company STOLE my money.Ĭontour Airlines extended all vouchers an additional year, if the reservation was booked prior to August 1, 2020. I paid for flights that were not even available for the following at the same time that I was able to purchase them before. so I can no longer book the flight because they took my money without even attempting to accommodate me. The point isn't that the dates are CURRENTLY available, they were not available before my Voucher expired. The time period containing the dates that this customer desired to book are now available for sale. My concerns were dismissed by ****** and I was told, despite my explanation that a voucher would be provided. I'd expect the integrity of Contour Airlines and their customer service representatives are capable of reflecting the same compassion to healthcare workers, as professionals from all over the United States have been to responding to the covid crisis in California. I'm confident Contour Airlines can do the same. I just got off the phone with ****** airlines who made an exception and refunded the entire price of my ticket instead of issuing me a travel voucher because they support healthcare workers during this Covid crisis. I am requesting a refund to my credit card that was used to make this reservation because we don't have contour airlines in ****** and I will have the opportunity to use a voucher in the future. After learning that the *** flight was canceled, I contacted Contour on the morning of December 27, by phone, to reschedule or book a new flight from **********, ** to ******. As everyone knows, *** imploded during the Holidays and canceled most of their flights, including the one from ********** to *********. She was also booked on 12/28/22 ********* Airlines flight from **********, ** to ********* and then she would have taken the Contour flight to ******. I purchased a ticket from Contour Airlines, for my 94 year old mother, several weeks ago for travel on Decemfrom *********, ** to ******, **.
